• Account details: username, password (stored in hashed form), and optional mobile number and profile photo.
• Questions and chats: the text, photos and voice-to-text you send to ask a question. Chat history is saved on your device and, when needed, processed by our server.
• Usage data: number of questions used, subscription status, referral information, and support messages you send us.
• Payment information: payments are handled by our payment partner (for example Razorpay or UPI). We do not store your card or bank details.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and show your history.
• To manage your account, free question limit, subscription and referrals.
• To provide courses, notes, articles and notifications, and to give support.

AI processing

Questions (including any photo you attach) are sent to a third-party AI service to generate the answer. AI answers can contain mistakes, so please verify important information with your teacher or textbook. Please do not send private or sensitive personal information in your questions.

Permissions

• Camera / photos: only when you choose to attach a photo to a question.
• Microphone: only when you tap the voice button to speak a question.

Advertising and third parties

The website may show ads from third-party ad networks, which may use cookies or similar technologies. Other third-party services we use include the AI provider, payment providers, and Google Fonts. Each has its own privacy policy.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers above when needed to run the service, or when required by law. We keep your data while your account is active.

Your choices and account deletion

You can edit your profile and delete your saved chats inside the app. To delete your account and data, email us at the address below and we will remove it.

Children

The service is for students. Users under 13 should use it only with a parent or teacher's guidance.
