Welcome to Mubarak Sir Academy (“we”, “our”, “the service”). By using our website at mubaraksir.com or our Android app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Using the service
The service provides educational help, including AI-generated answers, video courses, articles and PDF notes. You may use it for personal, non-commercial learning. You must not misuse the service, try to break or overload it, copy it automatically (scraping), or use it for anything unlawful.
2. Accounts
You may create an account with a username and password. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account. Please give correct information and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
3. Free questions, plans and payments
New users receive a limited number of free questions. After that, a paid plan may be required to continue asking questions. Courses, articles and PDF notes may be free or paid. The price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example Razorpay or UPI apps); we do not store your card or bank details.
4. Refunds
Because digital content and AI answers are delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been given. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or did not receive access because of a technical problem, contact us within 7 days of the payment and we will review it and correct it.
5. Content and copyright
Courses, articles, notes, images, logos and the design of the service belong to Mubarak Sir Academy or its licensors. You may read and use them for your own study. You may not copy, resell, republish or share paid content without our written permission.
6. Your questions and uploads
When you send a question, a photo or a voice message, you allow us to process it to produce an answer. Please do not upload private, harmful or illegal material, or personal details of other people. See our Privacy Policy to learn how information is handled.
7. AI answers and accuracy
AI answers are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. They are provided for learning support only. Please read our Disclaimer.
8. Advertising and third-party links
The service may show advertisements and may link to other websites. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other users or the service, or is used for fraud.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss caused by using the service, including exam results, interruptions, or errors in content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
